Julie McAulay is an interior designer, educator, and author who believes anyone can create a home that works.

With a master’s degree in educational administration, degrees in special and elementary education, and training from the New York School of Interior Design, Julie blends teaching with practical design experience.

After years of working for others, she built her own consulting practice and helped clients transform homes on budgets.

She began writing later in life to pass that knowledge to her grandchildren and readers everywhere. Julie writes the way she speaks: clear, encouraging, and step by step. Her faith and love of learning shape everything she creates.
